A Stoner Lady’s Guide to the Galaxy
A prompted journal for the girl who canoodles with marijuana. First thing is first, who are you without your titles?
If there is one thing that I know it is that titles are temporary. We use these things to introduce ourselves. Hi I’m Sarah, Mikey and Trixie’s MOM, Tommy’s WIFE, the facility’s SUPERSTAR, etc. See where I am going with this? But what happens when we are no longer in these roles? And what even is an identity without titles/roles?
That is where this journal starts, we can’t work on anything without knowing something about it first. This journal is about you. Get to know yourself. I bet you are pretty damn amazing.
In case you are wondering, no this is not just an edible-inspired enlightenment- I have formal training in psychology and philosophy. I have professional experience in drug addiction treatment. I have personal past experience in a substance abuse family dynamic without using a drug myself.
I’ve been people watching my entire life. I’ve studied the brain. I’ve worked in behavioral health. I understand and agree with my peers (at times) regarding how substances can cause harm - and how intention can change everything.
This isn’t “Dude, let’s numb out.”
This IS “Hey Sis, let’s regulate and reflect.”
I am writing this journal on personal reflection. One of my many talents is treatment plans. The issue is that treatment plans are focused on the individual. I need your input to make this work and be meaningful for everybody. I’ve included a very short question space below. I want to know about you. This is a conversation, not an obligation.
Thanks!- Sarah B

A Reflection Journal for Women Who are Told They Think Too Much & Feel Everything
A Stoner Lady’s Guide to the Galaxy isn’t about getting high.
It’s about getting honest.
This blog follows the journey behind my reflection journal — a space where cannabis, creativity, psychology, philosophy, and feminine power intersect. It’s for the women who overanalyze, overgive, overwork, and still somehow hold the universe together.
It’s for the woman who:
Has titles… but wants to know who she is without them.
Is exhausted, but still curious.
Smokes a joint and accidentally solves a life problem.
Laughs at her own chaos while actively trying to heal it.
This guide explores:
🌌 Identity beyond roles (mother, wife, boss, artist)
🧠 Nervous system awareness (fight, flight, freeze, and flow)
💨 Altered states & mindfulness
🎨 Creative regulation through art, doodles, and journaling
🪐 Boundaries, burnout, and becoming feral in a healthy way
💚 Using cannabis intentionally — not to escape, but to reflect
Each post breaks down journal prompts, personal stories, psychology concepts, and real-life reflections. It blends academic insight with lived experience — because healing can be both evidence-based and unhinged.
This isn’t toxic positivity.
This isn’t productivity culture.
This isn’t “just manifest it.”
This is:
Sit down.
Light it.
Tell the truth.
Write it out.
Welcome to the galaxy.
